On board
Safety
Your child is seated in an area reserved for children traveling alone. For their security, they must remain seated with their seat belt fastened. The crew pays regular attention to your child and is available throughout the flight (e.g., to direct them to the restroom).
Onboard seating
To ensure close monitoring, certain seats are pre-reserved for children traveling alone. Grouped by row depending on the aircraft type, these seats allow the cabin crew to provide better assistance and give young globe-trotters a chance to get to know one another. When booking online, you can select a seat in this dedicated area. If the area is full, our team will seat your child next to a pre-identified and informed adult passenger.

Your child's meal
With the Kids service, we offer your child adapted to their taste and needs: A fun presentation, a balanced and pre-cut meal. This tailored meal includes products from organic farming. If your child is between 2 and 6 years old, the child's meal is automatically reserved. If your child is between 7 and 11 years old, they will automatically receive a meal for adults. You can, however, select a children's meal instead. You must request a children's meal at least 24 hours before departure.
